Do people even realize the laws nowadays? It's illegal and he was aware of that so its no ones fault but his own so I won't be signing this.

I agree with you 100% man. and thing is if she was "17" then why didn't he ask for an ID when she most likely got her license

Well the fact that she lied is also something to be taken into consideration. (It is also illegal to lie about age and such online when registering for sites with public profiles or age limits.) If she looked 17 and said she was, then the boy had no reason to doubt her. Do you ask for some proof when you go to a store a buy something? No. You take their word. (That the person behind the register is the proper age to have the job.)
