I don't think you can get their IP, maybe country code. But, I don't know if that's possible.

Just because you don't know how doesn't mean it's not impossible.
You need their Kik email, their email they registered with, you also need Kik for Windows ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/kik-messenger/9wzdncrfj1g6 )
Not gonna get into details on how to do it, but that's the requirements.

All I know to do is close everything leave kik open and open cmd type in netstat -an

You can always use a fake email to send them a random email and if they reply ip is in source, but obviously not a stable plan.
