The state of Arkansas is fixing to become the 5th state to be a "Constitutional Carry" state following Wyoming, Arizona, Vermont and Alaska.
"Constitutional Carry" is a term meaning it is legal to carry a handgun, whether openly or concealed, without being required to have a permit from the government.
Do you support or oppose "Constitutional Carry"? Why or why not?

I kind of agree, I don't think it should be out in the open but hidden for protection.
