Ok, once you bought it you need to conserve the order number, now go to https://www.danielwellington.com/es/contacts/, after that, call them by phone and tell them you bought a watch FROM AMAZON, and that you bought it a month ago, but you got the watch and that it wasn't moving or something like that, also mention that you always buy from that brand so you think that is a factory defected product. They will ask you for the order number, give them it, and after that, if everything goes well, you got a new watch. Good luck! if it helped, give rep+ Smile

You have very little knowledge in SE then.

RE: SE'ing a watch - Devour - 04-29-2016

I was thinking they would refund me if i said the box was empty? Maybe it looked liek it was tampered with?

Incorrect, theirs more to it then saying you didn't get it.

Depending on your carrier some leave it at the door without signing if you don't answer. That's how it works here at least.

Also, if you sign for it, claiming it's empty or tampered with will end up with you SOL in most cases, as if I remember correctly, the package being signed for is the signee taking responsibility from the carrier for the package, not just stating it was received.
