Share everything you design, this way you'll gain constructive criticism and become a better designer yourself.
The background is nice, although the white background is a bit blinding, I'd suggest adding a light greyish tone to it.

Nice wp! Although personally I wouldn't use a white one, a bit bright for my tastes :p
