It's quite amazing how both opposing platforms need each other to exist.

At this point, Apple devices are only such by the brand name, and maybe the OS. That's it. Apple touts themselves as something special, but really, they use the same parts as every other brand, and usually weaker specs at that.

I think companies are too busy hating each other nowadays to actually get shit done.
Like the space race. Communists had better rocketships, and we had better technology. Imagine if we stopped all the bickering at that point and did something for ourselves?
