Yes, they are for Direct Connect. A lot of so called "teams" for DC++ would code these flooder programs to flood other people's hubs. Kind of lame, but they seem to be hard to find and I guess when you ask the "teams" for them (for example Teamelite) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_Elite) (www.te-home.net) they ban you from the hub and say that their programs have been leaked and should not have been. Anyways, thanks for the replies.

I have a heap of tools on my external, but not sure whether DC flooders are part of It.
Until I have a thorough look, I can't promise anything.

@sailor_mars Yeah, still have most (and more) of them.
@NoahWatchmaker They where good for bragging, we used to think we where so cool spamming hubs of the opposite teams (and innocent bystanders)
@mothered shouldn't reccomment sending those out to others, first they won't work anymore every hubsoft build deflood to match any of the old stuff and second of all most of them (including the ones i made) have backdoors
if you happened to logon to one of my dc server software (or a server running one of my hubsecurity scripts) i've started harvesting data from the computer running my flooders Oh man fun times back then
also happened to stumble upon this thread by googling some of the old teammember names apearently i'm not the only one who dissapeared from this world can't find any of the old friends anymore

In reply to your comment, I didn't recommend anything. I said I'll search my HDD and If found, the OP can have It/them. There's a big difference between "recommending" and "sharing".

Sorry about that gravedigging thing.
Mostly agree on your comment, but i was serious also in this warning about those tools mentioned above
many are 'leaked on purpose' as executables only including backdoors, only some of the members got the sources of the actual working stuff
So still standing by my original standpoint of not recommending to share these files.And its my first lead on finding stuff from the past someone mentions it in a dead post yeah well that sux but would it been better if i started a new post on this forum about a topic i can't reply on by etiquette?
hopefully someone from that past sees this topic and might send a private message 
would be fun to bring up some memories
