Has anyone SE'd items with a po box with where you have to sign for the packages? I was thinking about buying an xbox one on amazon and refunding it.

I heard about college kids doing this and sending it to their university PO boxes. The university changes their boxes every year, so I can see how that might be somewhat safer.

Not in college just a small town haha. I meant more so what would you say to them since you obviously received the package. Id assume something wrong with it but why not just send it back then its not like an xbox has a battery that could leak all over it or something.

I was just telling you what someone else did. Don't remember what they said. Probably something along the lines of "I didn't get my package."

Yes, my friend does that for aliexpress and similar sites to it, but I myself haven't tried it yet.
