First of all you must open in administrator mode.
After opening in administrator mode you must wait a few seconds.

Click on "K" : Ends non-vital processes.
Click on "F" : Releases unused memory.
Click on "ESC" : Closes the console.

In terms of RAM, given It's volatile (needs power to retain It's contents), a simple reboot will flush It thereby optimize It back to It's original state.
Have a look In Task Manager's "In Use" & "Available" RAM before and after a reboot, and compare the difference. It'll be Interesting to see what sort of notable change this tool has to offer. I shall put It to the test when time permits.

I suppose it works. Then again, as mothered said, a simple reboot will be fine.
