My first SE! - Beckio - 01-31-2016
Hi all, I'm new here but been lurking for a few weeks in hope of learning a thing or two.
Safe to say I learnt a few things!
Today I successfully SE'd a GTX 970 from amazon! I basically told them there wasn't anything in the box, low and behold 2 days later they're issued a replacement to be delivered on Wednesday! The Gtx 970 was £270!
Just wondering now what else I can SE? And from where? Thanks

You can SE anything from anyone, no matter what the nature of the business Is and the caliber of It's employees.
It's all about research, preparation, what you say, how to say It and when to say It.

I just basically read some threads on here that people shared about their methods.. I just used the "the box was empty" method and told them that the box wasn't damaged when I received it, they offered a replacement straight away! I'll upload a picture of the conversation if I knew how to get it back up haha!

If you're good enough you can SE anything. Some people even SE'd governement officials. Dealextreme.com is a good site as well. It's amazon like but cheaper I guess. I tested it and it worked (I don't know about expensive and official products though)

That's a bit odd. Typically high priced items are only aquired through amazon because they're easy to ship claim. Who knows if it can be aquired without an order number? You should give it a shot. Worst they can do is say no, right?
