How to Fix This. - Yung Lean - 01-14-2016
I found this SD Card but when I plug it in I get this message. I have tried to format it and it gets like 30mb memory after format. What to do?

It could be that the partition table has been fucked.
Open the Disk Management utility, delete all the partitions of your SD card (be careful to not delete from the wrong disk!), then create a new one over the entire disk and format it.
If it still fails, your SD card might be physically broken.

Well I guess its physically broken then because that didn't work.

Try to use DISKPART built in Windows.
You can try this, this has solved many problems of me before when an USB wasn't showing full capacity.
Step 1: Open CMD and type in "Diskpart"
(It can take a minute depending on how much HDD you have connected)
Step 2: Type in "List volume"
You will get a list of all of the connected drives, if it isn't showing here, something else is wrong.

Step 3: Choose the volume you need (the drive with D
so in my case D would be Volume 0, it can be different with you. Type in "Select Volume ?" where the "?" is your volume number.Now there should be a message "Volume ? is the selected volume"
Step 4: Type in "Clean" and hit enter. This can take a while depending on size, write speed etc.
Step 5: Type in "Create partition" or "Create partition primary" if it still doesn't work.
That's it, normally you should have full capacity again. It is possible that you need to format it again, try formatting it with CMD with something like "format d /quick /ntfs" I don't know exactly but you can look that up.

but that still didn't solve the problem.
But after format
SD Card has these files inside of it maybe that got to do something with it.

The native Windows format utility, Is pretty mediocre. Have you tried a LLF (Low Level Format) on the SD Card?
This type of formatting, bypasses the file system layer of the disk, and formats directly against the underlying storage of the device. There's heaps of tools that do the job, and here's just one of them. It's free for personal use (with some restrictions), but nonetheless, gets the job done. SD Cards are supported.

Still same.
Should I just throw it away or still keep it if any other solutions left?

What's the overall capacity of your SD Card? As per your screenshot, the bootmgr Is taking up 1.9GB and the other file Is 3.8GB. All up, you already have 5.7GB In use. Even after a LLF, are both these files there at the same capacity?

It could be a fake. Some bogus cards report the wrong size to fool people.

The MSDOS file refers to a file from a windows system. So it's weird that it is showing these files. Can't you like shred the files like really shred them, not just delete them with windows?
Something else you could try and this is only worst case scenario, you could try setting up a virtual machine with a virusscanner and then infect the files and let them quarantained
