2. Why is it a .rar
3. Why did he only tag those three members? Targeted RAT'ing attack maybe?

I haven't checked it out and no intention of doing so, I don't know enough about the subject to offer a good opinion.

He's very selective with the members he's tagged (myself Inclusive). Don't even bother with this, leave It be.
