Well, perhaps I am mistaken. A lot of designs for RuneScape use that logo and the quest scroll images, so I am not sure. However, for some reason that design looks oddly familiar. I don't usually deal with 2007 scape stuff on sythe though. if you want to look through the 2007 scape services on sythe, here is most likely where it will be http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-services/
I wouldn't lose sleep over it, I am probably wrong anyway. Good luck, and your designs are very well done and professional.
