What would you say is the best tutorial for C?
What is C good for in your opinion?

I used cprogramming.com back in the day. It did the job.
Been using tutorialspoint.com for other stuff lately and they've been pretty good. I'd expect their C stuff was fine as well.

Arduino uses a form of C but no I haven't actually really learned C, just a bit of Python.

The C Programming Language, 2nd Edition made by the creator of C himself (Dennis Ritchie) is unarguably the best book to learn C from. Playing around with the examples and closely reading the book will no doubt make you a master at the language.

I vouch. Read the whole book and I'm actually a pretty decent C programmer
