Camaro SIX - Earth - 07-22-2015 So Chevy unveiled the Camaro SIX not long ago with the one with the most power being the SS with 455 hp and 455 lb.-ft. of torque. Those numbers are obviously less then lets say the 2015 ZL1 or the Nurburgring dominator Z28 but still fairly decent which leaves room for having fun with mods and accomplishing more power in the future. What are your thoughts about the Camaro SIX. So far I see no Nurburgring track time and I truly hope that what they took from power they gave back in handling and response so the SIX can beat the Z28 times. Personally I would rather go old-school all this technologically advanced shit don't last as long there is more that can go wrong and with all these fancy but pointless gadgets its just more to worry about. Plus in my opinion the 69 1st gen and 70 2nd gen are much sexier and better looking. RE: Camaro SIX - mothered - 07-22-2015 I wish the Camaro Itself was manufactured and available In my locality. I don't know much about them, but what I do know Is that I love their appearance and grunt. 455 HP Is very quick for the SS, It'll certainly kick butt. RE: Camaro SIX - Satan - 07-22-2015 Watch as it inspires a whole new wave of ricers. Also lolol six RE: Camaro SIX - Earth - 07-22-2015 (07-22-2015, 02:44 PM)mothered Wrote: I wish the Camaro Itself was manufactured and available In my locality. You could probably have it imported to your country. I just can't wait to laugh from all of the uneducated car people out there who try and say immediately the Camaro 6 sucks when they never been behind the wheel of it. They assume oh its American it sucks, well I hate to burst there bubble but America makes some of the best cars in the world and it just so happens that America kicked godzilla's (GTR) ass. I guarantee someone in my town will do it. Me I understand doing cosmetic looks and other mods to make the car different from others but completely ricing it out is awful and stupid. I beat riced out cars in a stock 03 Neon SXT the thing only pushes about 124HP to the front wheels. And then they always do the ricer flyby. And hell the 1998 Blazer that I am working on for off-road/survival/camping when it was on the road running about 7 months ago it even whooped some ricers ass and all it had was a home made high flow exhaust system so it only had about 205hp so it was pretty much stock other then that. And these riced out cars are actually decent cars to modify performance wise, Most were Civic's, Jetta's, Miata's, BMW, Volvo, etc. RE: Camaro SIX - Satan - 07-23-2015 (07-23-2015, 12:19 AM)Fire Wrote: Me I understand doing cosmetic looks and other mods to make the car different from others but completely ricing it out is awful and stupid. I have an old ass 1999 Buick Regal GS that runs (original I think at least) 240 HP, and could probably run down most people, thing absolutely leaps when I want it to. Obviously they're Imported and they have the money to do so. By the looks of It, they've spent quite a bit of cash- as most are In mint condition. The look and roar as they accelerate Is priceless. RE: Camaro SIX - Oni - 07-23-2015 Not sure if I like the body. Compared to the 2010, there is a big difference in appearance. Pretty sure the ZL1 has more horsepower as well. The ZL1 has 580hp but until some actual track times come out there is no saying which one is better. the Camaro SIX could end up ripping the 2010 Camaro a new asshole the only way to find out is when someone puts them side by side on the drag strip and a circuit. |
