Do you guys keep up with #Rossfit?
Rick Ross has been trying to get cut like me, hodgetwins, kali muscle, and @ねこまっしぐら for a long time now. I personally think crossfit is dumb and encourages bad form, but if #Rossfit works out for Rick Ross then good for him.

I know for sure I'll be sticking to pears to go along with my creatine and hyphy mud.
I won't drop the quesarito though, it still fits in my macros.

Woah, he actually lost weight? That's surprising. I think it will improve his image, for sure. He's definitely subject to a lot of jokes (and often for good reason).

Cross fit is dumb as fuck and only makes you breath hard. He should have just went for straight power lifting. Now Riff Raff is going to have more muscle mass because of how he eats and works out.

It's going to get him yolked though. Riff Raff looks like he's going for mass, while Ricky Rozzay is trying to get healthy.
