Custom PSD characters - CustomNet - 04-28-2013
Hey guys,
I'm making a unique PPD site and I thought I'd use characters around the site to help users with like tips and guides etc.
I'm looking for somebody who can create PSD characters (fully layered) with plenty of different angels and poses etc

Presuming you mean a mascot, then you are looking to pay around $200 at least if you are looking for a custom one.
But if you have no problem using premades then send me a pm.

Looking for custom, I'm prepared to pay up to $400 for a huge set of poses + layered PSD.

I don't understand what you means.
Do you mean like "marscots" or do you mean like "characters like this: * ` ? = # € %" ?

Contact this guy, his price starts at 600 or 700 though
But he can refer you to someone who can do it for 400

Btw. making custom characters can like * ` can be quite expensive.

I'm after characters like people who hold up signs etc. But not real, all photoshop

I wanted 2 mascots for a project I was working on and since illustration is not my specialty I looked for designers.
The cheapest I found was $200 for a character and the guys potfolio wasn't that good.
Moral is that unless you are looking for a flat cartoonish design then prepare to open up your wallet.
