They have been broken forever. I used to get two alerts for one quote.

Sometimes, when the quoter has edited a post, adding the tag or quote in the edit, the quote does not show up in the alerts menu.
There have also been problems of this kind on many other forums, so it's probably something that'll be fixed with the next update, if there's a sincere problem ^^

They're broken. i get 0 alerts to response, quotes, etc.

Broken here as well. PM alerts work fine though.

I've had problems with this too - mentions and quotes in threads without alerts, reputation updates are the same.

UCP > alert settings > tick all the boxes.
