Why are this even allowed? Its really annoying to be interested in something and no longer be able to get it because member is inactive.

I wish to remember seeing @Oni posting somewhere saying it isn't okay, but I can't find it in the rules.
While it's not against the rules, it's definitely not appreciated, and should be avoided at most cost
