IP Blocker? - ShawnReynolds - 10-01-2014
I would like to know how to make an IP blocker like Peer Block. I did a Google search, but I can only find stuff for hiding my IP. Any help would be appreciated. I do not care what programming language needs to be used, though I am best at VB and C++.
Thanks,
