HJSPLIT Program - ShawnReynolds - 08-09-2014

I was wondering if anyone here could tell me how to make a program like HJSPLIT. HJSPLIT is a program that joins .00 and .01 files together. I do not care what programming language it is in, as long as it is not python (too difficult for me).

Thanks,
Vallex Koten

Why don't you decompile the software to get an idea of how it works? Programming isn't as cut & dry as throwing some things together, & honestly, Python is entry-level so it may suit you best to look for some source code to reference.

How would I decompile a program? I am very new to programming/coding.

You should be able to find some information here, & there are some free disassembly tools & decompilers there. Best of luck! There's some good coders here to ask for advice, just gotta learn the questions to ask!

I have tried that website, but coulds not find any programs. I did a quick Google search, and found one program that might work, exe2c.

Nevermind, I did not look hard enough. I am downloading one now.

EDIT: When I decompile it, the programs, just show me a bunch of symbols.
