Some Introduction - someknight - 08-04-2014

Hello,

I'm an network specialist and a tinkerer.
I started on windows and went to linux.
Originally I wanted to do 3d art, but its become more of a hobby, while networking and other computer services have become my norm. I'm looking for similar people that like to create and learn new things. I enjoy pentesting and sniffing frequencies around me, just got a raspberry pi I also wanted to turn into multiple interesting projects. Making a game is one of my life long goals and I plan to learn a lot of things along the way, hopefully sooner than later.

Hello someknigt, welcome to the hack community!

If you would like to create a big/good game alone then i would advice you to learn C/C++ very well.

Enjoy your stay!

Only the cool kids use Linux. But on the subject of video games what kind of game were you thinking? I have made a few shitty games over the years and right now I have a 2d(html5 and js) game engine that I've been working on for a bit, but it has been shelved due to real life work.
