I think some practice will help beginners in C(like ME), what do you say to start a little programming project. I don't have ideas about what we will build, but i think at a hacking tool or some useful program.
Propose your ideas. We can work on project on github and talk here or on a IRC.
PS If one of the good programmers in C want to take the lead of project, you are welcome. (I don't know if i am a good leader)

HC has already the HC developer group so this would be pointless in my opinion. More over none knows wether you are an experienced programmer or not..
