Any Volunteering Web Designer? - Boomslang - 07-26-2014

I am going to code my own blog script from the scratch.
But the thing is I really suck at web designing so I was going to ask if is there any volunteer to help me with it.
You don't have to be a pro designer or something, you can do this to gain experience like me who is coding a website for the first time
I feel like I need to indicate that I won't make any money from this blog, it'll be my personal blog. I'm only seeking to gain some experience in PHP.
Thanks anyway
