The Norwegian police have arrested and charged a 17-year-old for a massive distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack earlier this week that disabled the websites of major financial institutions and other businesses in the country.

Unless if he used a botnet that he started himself or if he used a shell booter with his own private shells. That would still be worth some credit. Though I'm pretty sure this is not the case with this kid. For all we know he might have simply bought an account on a good booter.
