It is sad that we can't have trust between governments like The U.S and China. In the article it even said no one knew if the hacker worked for the government of China and like 50% of the article puts all the blame on China.

it's a cat and mouse game between the 2 countries. I'm sure the US also have done their share of breaching networks.
