Even though, you try to ignore.

Roll the dice, to test your luck.
Jump up high, to try and dunk.
It's all competition, as you saw.
Others watching, in total awe.
Be great, and be you.
Because that's all you can do.

If you try to impress, with all your wit.
all that comes, is a quick lift.
Speak from the heart, and try and go far.
This is the only way to ever set apart.
Because the rest will copy and try
But you did it without a single lie.

Before you ask, this is not for you.
