Will any one plz tell me what type of hacking can be done with kali running on live CD??? and what type of hacks can be performed by it?

Nothing.
An operating system doesnt hack. You hack. It has tools to facilitate hacking, but *it* doesnt do anything.

As @Geoff said, its you who can decide what use can Kali be put to. You got a machine gun with a grenade launcher. Now its up to you to use it. You can shoot a pig using it, you can practice aiming and so on...
Start exploring the tools one by one that Kali offers. Pick a tool, try using it. If you're not sure how to use it, you can always head towards google. There're numerous tutorials spread over the internet on how to use the tools included in backtrack and Kali.
Now, get...set...and go...

Or just get Ubuntu and kali tools instead of heavy blotted kali with tools you might never use.

Kali has a lot of great functions but you don't use a lot of it. Just a waste of space being taken.

Play Watch_dogs for one, or many other big titles, protect users from security risks (by using the root account by default) or work correctly (there are a tonne of bugs)

-New kali has root login by default. You create the other users.
-Games from windows can run with wine and a processor of 3GHZ and above.
-Community forums for kali also debian community forums solve those errors.

Still I don't think it's the be all and end all, no one OS can do everything (at least not well) Wine is OK but is not a guaranteed solution and won't run every Windows application (although it has come a long way in the last few years)
I'm well aware of the forums out there that will help fix the errors but my point is that they're there to begin with.
Personally I think you are better off starting with a solid stable distro and building your pen testing suite from that, sure it takes more time but it's not bloated and is far less likely to have broken applications.
