You could see into it yourself, it's not that hard to wrap your head around it. and you can use it elsewhere in your website as it is fcking epic

Where can you get it? Right on that site, the answer to your question is right in front of you. The source and images are all there. :S It's not hard to see what he's using either, based on the name of the Javascript stuff which is referenced in the source.
