How to install from ZIP - Yung Lean - 03-21-2014
How to install software in linux from .zip? I downloaded http://www.aptana.com/products/studio3/download it says that supports linux I pressed download and it downloaded zip file and I don't know how to insatll it then
I tried to use Archive mounter but nothing happens after pressing on it. Sorry I am noob on linux

Well the first step isto unnzip it... just like you would on windows...

I tried this tutorial http://installaptanaonubuntu.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/how-to-install-getting-started-with.html
but it keeps saying no such file directory even if I have extracted files

So if you've unzipped them... what is "it" that says no such file or directory?

After unzipping the file you just have to run AptanaStudio3 (in the unzipped folder) and it should work out of the box.
Read the Prerequisites here: http://www.aptana.com/downloads/start
Make sure you have them installed.
If that still doesn't help, post exactly your commands and error message (run it from terminal)

@"Clevaro", if it's in an executable file format (.exe) and you're using Linux, why don't you just run it in WINE?
