Help Please - country19strong88 - 02-13-2014

So i have already made a thread on this. and asked in a few other threads. my question is...what vpn works best on windows 7. the answer i got are as follows.....try this, try this, oh bla bla bla....that is literaly what i get. I have come to a couple conclustions on this topic...

1. either you cant or your gonna have to be well eduacated on all types of encryption, programming, and firewalls. so for even the avarege hacker..not possible.
or
2. the people on this site have know idea what they are talking about. because i have tried a couple of the suggestions on here and not one of them works. not one will even install properly. and dont you give me this check your system requirements BS. i have hacked/cracked plenty of programs with absolutley no problems. how is it that i can get anything else i basiclly want but i cant hide my damn identity. please any real help on this would be great. if you have already commented on my previous post please do not comment here unless you have legit new info. please im not trying to be rude. but the government has no right to spy on any of us and you should all get as angry as me about it. so again please please please help me protect my 4th amendment.

I don't know why you are flaming, but let's pretend that you were having a bad day!

The only problem I see here is your question:
Quote:what vpn works best on windows 7

VPN for Windows 7!? What is special about Windows 7 networking that makes it so special?... I guess nothing, Microsoft didn't add anything new to Windows 7 networking or Windows 8 or even Windows 301 Smile

You want a short answer, use CISCO VPN Client: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/security/vpn-client/index.html

If you are asking about a VPN Server, then ... use Google!

Don't expect that all your questions will be answered the way you want... and specially the "what is the best.. " type of questions, because it is not a rule, it is an opinion that people may or may not share with you (it's a community)

Second...
Quote:the people on this site have know idea what they are talking about. because i have tried a couple of the suggestions on here and not one of them works. not one will even install properly.

If YOU can't install a software, that doesn't mean that we (the 60,000 registered member in HC) don't know what we are talking about!

So again, let's pretend that you were having a very difficult day, if there is anything I can help you with please let me know.

Thanks

Happy Networking

RE: Help Please - country19strong88 - 02-13-2014

i will check out Cisco. and i do look into ever suggestion no matter who or what it is. any and all advice is necessary. my biggest issue is that i have read i don't know how many forums on vpn's and internet privacy, trying to find something that will work for what i want it for. and every forum says the same programs and software over and over again. like i stated i have never had a problem installing any program. so i have absolutely know idea then why they will not work.
I was having a bad day. and i do sincerely apologize if i have offended anyone. i will try to watch how i respond. thank you for being polite despite my rude comments. again i apologize

I am sorry to hear that mate, I hope tht you are better now, and no you didn't offend anyone (we are one big family here, and we stand for each others when possible), but enough of this lol

OK, so ... are you trying to connect to OpenVPN? CISCO? Are you trying a public server? Could you please provide us with more information about the problem? because there is a good reason why you can't connect (and I think that it is or the firewall or the router)

Thanks

RE: Help Please - HellRaZor - 02-13-2014

My answer is to get cyber ghost run it and then download the tor browser bundel, that way your running a vpn through tor network. cyber ghost is free and is very fast.

cyber ghost may be "very fast" but tor is slow as hell so kinda negates this also personally I don't trust any free VPN

RE: Help Please - dropzone - 02-14-2014

Cyber ghost is a paid service and has the ability to be free - Paying for this service gives some conveniences. but is it worth it? guess that depends on how much you think your privacy is worth?

RE: Help Please - Ex094 - 02-14-2014

Free VPN store logs which can leave your tracks, You should really consider buying a Paid VPN because they offer things as per the price said and best of all you can trust them. Free VPN are now a days shit, Low Bandwidth and filled with ads (Hotspot Shield).
