Hello everyone I am trying to creat e a botnet and was wondering if you would sugest I make the CLI with Python, I know the basic skills and was wondering If this would be a language you would suggest. Any help would be appreciate Thank you very much

Depends on the target I guess... what are you exactly trying to do (and please don't answer with "a botnet" lol), I mean more detail to your little project/lab

Well I wrote it including Python because I know Python. I would like to spread a small piece of code to a large amount of computers. Most are on a Domain and Most are protected by A.V.
I would like to use the botnet for what everyone uses botnets for.
any suggestions??

I'm not sure what your botnet is supposed to do, but anyways, this is an easy overview to create one:
what you need: irc channel / private channel
create an irc client
create some basic instruction commands like !off / !on / !xx / !yy
You might want to create some kind of automatic upgrader so you can upgrade your bots when/if needed. (highly recommended)
now this ircclient can get the intructions via IRC and execute whatever it needs to do on the local system.
~ difficult step ~
spread your software and connect it to autostartup programs (so it will connect to your irc channel everytime the computer is turned on)
depending on what you wan/needt to do you might have to aquire admin rights..

then you can connect via any irc program and acces all your bots and control them. eg.
<master>: !testrecourses
<bot1>: received init command, loading resources.
<bot2>: received init command, loading resources.
<bot3>: received init command, resources failed! no admin rights.
<bot2>: received init command, loading resources.
<bot4>: received init command, loading resources.
<bot5>: received init command, loading resources.
<master>: !do create_account http;//website,com/register/
<bot1>: +OK. created user geogef:134zz67:lalala@guerrilamail.com
<bot2>: ERR. webpage not found.
<bot2>: +OK. created user ogggwf:g4f404:lalala@guerrilamail.com
etc etc..

thanks for that overview. I need to look alot more into botnets. I really appreciate you giving me that information, any other suggestions or information that you could inform me of i would appreciate that.

This website has a pretty interesting read on botnets. They cover it mainly from the other side on how to trace/prevent/capture botnets. I think if you're thinking about creating one this is a mustread on security essentials to protect yourself.
they cover:
- the uses of botnets,
- what kind of botnets there are, (different programs/protocols),
- how to track one
- observing one (with some mention of taking over other botnets)
- some further research and common botnet commands.
Most Botnet programs and their forks are listed and explained. If you have 30-40 minutes I'd definitly check it out.
