Hey spent some time getting this to work with newer icons.
Here it is a simple icon changer, please let me know if you find any bugs.

Not only is it a great way for people to learn it could also benefit you, there may be a more efficient way of doing something and with people able to read your code they can also make these suggestions and help improve a project.
