So I was like googling stuff on Internet
and this thing appeared

then this when computer restarted and booted up.

Microsoft have always had access to your data, they have never denied this they also give this data to the NSA upon request. Your privacy means nothing to them.

I guess it's what they call a "serious error". After rebooting Windows should show a messagebox showing "Windows has recovered from a serious error."
AFAIK it usually happens when your HDD is not healthy, using beta software, bad drivers, or just an unlucky virus scan locking up essential system file which was required to run at that moment.
