I don't have much experience in web design. So I would love to hear your opinions I accept criticism

You kinda remind me of myself when I was younger. I made the same mistakes.
I'm in a hurry currently, if you would like some help, let me know.

I can circle around some stuff and tell you why you would be better of placing them there or doing that etc.

I dont know what youre talking about? those look like some damn decent designs to me. Far better than anything ive EVER done. lol. Im not a fan of the role playing theme, but the other 3 look professional with no obvious design/UX flaws?

Haha, but on a serious note, yes there are UX flaws.

I hope that this clears up some stuff.
Also please note, don't work in 1000x1000 PSD's.
This resolution is not a 'natural' desktop resolution.

Instead work in 1280x1024, thats what I usually do.

This will help you alot maintaining the work in a GRID.
Grids are essential to make a logical content placement.
