If it was easy to hack any php website, every one would be doing it. In many cases it may not be all that difficult, but there is no one sure fire way to hack any php website.

There's not magic trick to hack any possible website. You need to find a vulnerability and exploit it.
You just need to learn about different common vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques, at first. You'll get better with time.
