I'm wondering if anyone knows how to add boot options to a permanent installation of BT5. On a live CD it's easy, but there is no GRUB to boot into in BT5. My shit laptop can't handle the raw power and monstrous resource consumption which BT5 is, so I need to boot in with the parameters:
acpi=off noapic nolapic irqpoll
to have a stable boot. It works on a LiveUSB, so I'm hoping it works on a permanent install.
