Re-Entry into the computer world - .sins - 09-19-2013
Hello,
I've left the computer world for about 16 years nows; how ever it seems old interests die seldom. I used to be able to write little programs in c how ever it's been so long I can not really do much anything any more. A computer is like a foreign country to me for the time.
This will change soon again. I've horded a few E-books to get my feet back into the world of 0 and 1's. Looking to make a few friends and learn a few things from many others.

Theres so much to catch up on. With all the advances... Im currently hordeing lanuages books to start back into. .. Havent had time to.browse through the hc threads yet but anyone has recomendations what to start with? I was thinking ease my way in with php and perl then c and so on. While brushing up on the network ...
Ill be looking Into getting a job as IT for A re_entry if the pay is at least decent. While that gives me more of a push to do uk ng studies at home to better myself.

Woah, why so many of them?
Do one at a time and one well before you move on to the next language.
Learn how to programm, that's more important than hording languages. Have a look into the contest section. There you can find some programming tasks to test yourself.
Also one book you concentrate on and use to learn throughoughly is better than a lot of books you just skim through.
