First of all download the latest version of VirtualBox from the official page.
Then download Backtrack or Kali Linux.
Set up a new Virtual Machine: put it on the wmare so you can use both windows and BT/Kali Linux.
Metasploit will be inside backtrack or kali linux by itself. Just in case do a update/upgrade so metasploit will be updated.
Open Terminal and write down:

You can Use a Free Version from there and then keep restoring your VM from the Snapshot and you can use it for your life like that,if you dont want to buy it
