Just to clarify, it's to find the Admin CP of a forum? If you're just trying to find it, just use a Google Dork. I believe we've got some info on them somewhere around here. Otherwise if you're programming simply for the joy of programming; I don't know VB.

If you can't figure out how to load a textfile into a listbox control I would say you're in over your head on this project, and asking questions for every portion of this program to be copied and pasted from other users isn't going to get you far.
To me you just appear to be one of those members that thinks they can jump into a programming language and start writing some *dream* application immediately. Doesn't work that way. Learn the basics first.

Learn programming. That are basics. Show at least that you have the motivation to do something for your goals. No one will write you a whole application, nor will anyone here take you by the hand and write a whole post to teach you programming. That is your duty, if you want to learn it.
