As i said before im new in hacking but not a noob i know to hack wifi passwords and websites with that mysql problem that can be exploit
I want to become friend with real hackers that can teach me everything they know or at least everything they want me know
I know basics C++ and a little Php programming but i dont know anything about Databases,mysql and more...(this is what i want to learn the most)
I really hope that i can make real friends that can teach me the art of hacking

By "that mysql problem" I guess you're referring to SQL injection. Based on your own words I would suggest you check out the following tutorial

I stayed 5 hours yestarday looking on tutorials but i dont understand the abbreviations and i get lost in the text...so if someone can tell me in a simple language what xss,vpn,0day,RFI,LFI means that would be great
i heard that there is a dictionary with all these words if u can give me the link i will appreciate

If you google the terms, you'll find the definition. yes there's probably a dictionary of all of these, but it'd be better to google the words and then do research on the terms.
xss- cross site scripting aka css
vpn- virtual private network
0day- zero day vulnerability is an unreleased vulnerability.
rfi- remote file inclusion
lfi- local file inclusion.

I cant send Pm yet so i have to write here i let that server thing for a while i will not try to learn that thing yet i will first try to learn everything about remote control of a computer ,crypting and keyloggers ...it seems that its easier than hacking a website
so if someone can help me with this in any way i will be very happy
My problem now is that i cant get my port forwarded.....i tried very hard...made my ip static but i cant get the port open from the modem page....if someone know how to get a rat work and have some time to spare with me in team viewer pls let me know

remote file inclusion(rfi) and is different than local file inclusion(lfi). search for tutorials here. Just by the name, you should be able to guess the difference.
