I would like ask for some advice regarding Nexus 7 or any other android device / tablet and Kali Linux ?
It is possible to access Kali Linux from your Nexus 7 or android device and perform professional pentest/ hack attack ?

Short answer no. Just to take one example let's say you wan't to attack a router. The wireless card in the tablet do not have the capability of doing such, there's a reason why we still uses computers for such tasks, but the idea it nice though. You will have buy a custom made tablet just for the case if you want to have your own pen testing tablet.

Have you tried this wicked Suite for Android http://www.dsploit.net/, It's specially designed for Android and give you the power of Pentesting OS in your Palm
I've ran it successfully on my android but I prefer pentesting from my Laptop or PC. It requires your android to be rooted!

It's not kali linux but you can always try it!
Make sure you have an otg cable though, just a regular one won't work. I was trying it out but my note died -_- then i dropped to my knees and yelled out a cry of despair :/and a wifi card as well that is capable of packet injection. You can find them here if your not sure what to get:

That's the worst part with these damn Broadcom Wireless cards.
A number of them do not come by default with the ability to inject.
I can "hot swap" my Broadcom in and out with my Atheros, which does in fact have the necessary means to inject.
Until I recently found my particular Broadcom does as well, with a firmware patch that is.
Hence no more "hot swapping".
