I want to change windows xp display language to Russian or can u give me poor windows xp downloading link?

Under control panel you should find "Regional and Language options". If I remember correctly, there should be a languages tab. Play around in the settings there, you should be able to figure the rest out.
I don't use XP anymore, but that's what I can remember.

i know on win 7 from windows update but in xp i did't find there any language packs.
