There are no programs to hack facebook accounts. The only thing you can do is try to answer the security questions and what not. Use the search function. If you would have done that, you would have found WAY too many threads just like this that have the same explanation.

As lightx stated there is no program that can possibly do that.
Facebook = one of the most secure sites in existance. Basically your only way to "hack" is to social engineer people in more or less spilling things about them example being their middle name and so on stuff like that, that might be their password.
