I dont think vision is the only way to perceive beauty.
Go to the beach and close my eyes, listen to the waves, listen to the birds. Feel the spray on my face and body. This is beauty.
Lay in a grassy field and close your eyes. Feel the breeze, feel the grass. Experience the warmth of the sun. You can do this all without sight.
I repeat: Beauty is subjective. If one cannot see, this does not mean they cannot experience or understand beauty.
