The ad integration could be a little better, & more targeted. Also, I'm assuming, by skimming through, that your site is a mobile apps site. Is this for generic mobile or Android, or iDevice?
Either way, I feel you could benefit a lot more using a Wordpress platform with WPTouch Pro plugin.

It's fine, just re-size the "Recent Updates" table to 358px and you'll be good.
