Hello everyone.
I am working with some contacts to establish an anonymous VPN service. Due to the costs involved, we are currently croudfunding for startup capital. This. You really need a new domain. I would be a liar if I told you using a .tk domain won't matter. Go for a .net, .org, or .com domain. Even a domain hack would be better.

You need people who are out there and can test the VPN, it's not something you can just start out from nothing to something you purchase.
Plus you need to have a pro website, not built from a template.
