you are probably searching for DNS Spoofing.
do some research about it.
you should maybe look around this file (for windows):
%WINDIR%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
it could help you too.

If i understand you correctly, which im not sure if i do lol then yes, this is very possible
I suggest you look up tabnabbing with S.E.T. (social engineer toolkit) for me this is the most efficient and easiest way!
