Ok first of all if you dont know what a skype resolver is.... a skype resolver is were you put your victims skype username in the box and you resolve it ...this will give you his ip address...
Steps
1) Gather the victims username.
2) Visit this link http://www.anonware.net/index.php?page=resolver
3) In the box input your victim's username and then simply click submit.....
Now this will give you your victims IP address and will also tell you if he is using a vpn or not...the best resolver ive come across so far...
Now u can go ahead and ddos him to hell or whateva u want to do with it xD

I've used this on myself and it gave me the wrong IP address and wrong geo location.

Tested it out on three Skype usernames, all info back was wrong.
