Urgent help required - d3v0id - 12-31-2012
Hi ,
I use Backtrack 5 GNOME R3,I need to connect to my internet ,I use Vodafone USB Stick or Data Card (whatever u call) ,There is only Softwares developed by vodafone on windows and mac only ,I need some way to connect through it in backtrack ,i searched many pages ,but that didnt help

Yup i can just open the drive ,after i am in ,i launched the setup ,but it was an .exe file ,so it blocked that it may be dangerous

there is a program for linux called " sakis3g " ....it's very simple to use and you can find tuts on google...
i used it long time ago, ahmmm i think you'll need to change something on your OS cuz that adapters are USB sticks ana wifi adapters 2u1 so thats usualy make problems,.... try to find it on google,if you cant i'll do that for you....

Why dont you load BT in Vmware and then connect internet on the Host and then share with the VMS.

Turn your Windows box into a wireless ap then connect to it using backtrack.
